Rehabilitation Works with 5-years of Performance-Based Maintenance Services

Kyrgyz Republic has applied for financing from the Asian Development Bank toward the cost of the Central Asia Regional Economic Cooperation Corridors 1 and 3 Connector Road Project (Phase 2) – Additional Financing. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the Contract[s] named above. Bidding is open to bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB.

The Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Kyrgyz Republic (“the Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the Rehabilitation Works with 5-years of Performance- Based Maintenance Services for:

• LOT 1 – Section 1 Balykchy – Kochkor Road (km 0+000 – km 43+000)
• LOT 2 – Section 2A Kochkor – Epkin Road (km 62+400 -km 89+500)

International competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single- Stage: Two-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Documents.
