The EIB aims at establishing a Framework Agreement with a specialised service provider to support the activities of rail, air and maritime division of Jaspers.Services will be provided to support the preparation of infrastructure projects including, but not limited to, the following sub-sectors:— rail sector,— urban transport sector,— air sector,— waterborne transport sector,— logistic platforms, and— analysis of horizontal issues.Maximum 4 years: initial implementation period of 2 years from the entry into force of the Framework Agreements, to be renewed for 2 further 1 year periods.
