Periodical maintenance, repair, modification, alterations of existing plumbing facilities and new plumbing works, at the UNAMI Regional Office, Erbil, Iraq

The United Nations Assistance Mission in Iraq (UNAMI) invites expressions of interest (EOI) from qualified companies for the proposed Provision of Periodical maintenance, repair, modification, alterations of existing plumbing facilities and new plumbing works, at the UNAMI Erbil Regional Office, Erbil, Iraq in accordance with the approved plans, specifications, scope of work, general conditions, and other related documents. The Contract shall be effective for one (1) year subject to further extension of four (4) years, one year at a time to a maximum period of five (5) years at UNAMI’s discretion under the same terms and conditions set forth in the Contract.

The Scope of Work shall include the upkeep of the UNAMI Facilities, which shall be inclusive of the plumbing sanitation works. The Plumbing System includes the water system distribution pipes; plumbing fixtures and traps; soil, waste, and vent pipes; building drain and sewers including respective connections, devices and appurtenances within the designated UNAMI Compound.
