Provision of Polycom Technology based equipment

Item Description:

Assisting 80 million people in around 80 countries each year, the World Food Programme (WFP) is the leading humanitarian organization fighting hunger worldwide, delivering food assistance in emergencies and working with communities to improve nutrition and build resilience.

During the recent years, WFP has utilized Polycom Technology based equipment, training and support services and it foresees to continue to.

Therefore, WFP is soliciting expressions of interest from qualified suppliers involved in the provision of Polycom Technology Based equipment and the related services to WFP Headquarter, based in Rome, and WFP Decentralized Offices.

Response

In order to participate in the pre-selection exercise, companies are required to provide the following:

• Confirmation of interest in being considered for the delivery of the above items;
• Company description and brief summary of experience in the required business (max 2 pages);
• No financial proposal is required at this stage.

Upon receipt of a positive response, WFP may proceed with the next steps to engage a vendor.
