Periodic Maintenance of Ghazni to Kandahar Highway Subproject (Start from KM 95+000 up to 158+726 KM (63+726 KM))

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The Islamic Republic of Afghanistan has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Road Asset Management Project – Additional Financing. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The National Procurement Authority (NPA) on behalf of the Ministry of Public Works (“the Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the Periodic Maintenance of Ghazni to Kandahar Highway Subproject (Start from KM 95+000 up to 158+726 KM (63+726 KM)) (“the Works”).

National competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
