Supply of Office furniture

Item Description:

Through this procurement process, the World Health Organization (WHO) seeks to identify and contract a provider to supply, deliver, configure, install, test and commission furniture with which to equip a new office building for approximately 800 staff, a restaurant, café, and conference facility as well as to assist and advise WHO in respect of eventual  colour configurations, design and layout choices.

WHO also seeks to establish a framework supply contract (identified within WHO as a Long Term Agreement) for the spot replacement or small order purchase of additional furniture covering the period 2020-2025.  This framework supply contract will not comprise a direct commitment nor minimum volumes, but establishes the terms, conditions, standards and modalities of future spot replacement of furniture during the period of validity.

WHO intends to invite selected vendors to participate in a formal solicitation, via a Request for Proposals (RFP), at a later stage, for the above requirements.  Complete details of the requirements will be included in the solicitation documents.
