The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.

The Expression of Interest shall contain information on the following criteria:

• Company profile includes updated registration licenses. and a proof that taxes are paid.
• Good experience (provide a list of previous projects implemented during the last 5 years)
• Proposed resources that includes all needed staffs and equipment:
• Quality Control – With a degree of engineering with (Mechanical) and 3 years of experience in which undertaken quality control 1 similar project.
• Mechanical Engineer – A minimum of 3 years’ work experience in the Mechanical field & must have handled at least 2 projects of similar nature and complexity equivalent to this assignment. CV should be attached.
• Minimum of 2 similar projects (rehabilitation of water treatment plant) has been successfully completed during the last 5 years. The value of similar project contract shouldn’t be less than $200,000.
• Financial Capacity; submit Compliance with the minimum annual turnover requirement of US $ 1 Million in any single year during the last five years (2012-2013-2014-2015- 2016).
• Annual turnover or bank statement for last 6 months.
• Health and Safety of work – Contractor shall use proper health and safety plan/procedure to make sure health and safety of workers, employees at site and protect the environment.

The Expression of Interest shall be submitted to IOM email address IRAQTENDERS@iom.int no later than 22nd Dec 2018 before 17.00 hrs. Note that attachment size per email cannot exceed 10 mbs.

On the basis of the above information, IOM shall draw up the shortlist of Companies/Service Providers Only Short-listed Companies/Service Providers will be invited to submit technical and financial proposals.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any Expression of Interest, and to annul the selection process and reject all Expression at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Companies/Service Providers.
