Provision of Preventative Maintenance & Repair Services of HVAC Systems and Inspection & Maintenance of Building Climate Control Systems and Equipment Software at United Nations HQ and leased spaces in New York City, NY, USA.

United Nations Procurement Division (UNPD) is seeking qualified companies for the provision of: a) Preventative Maintenance & Repair Services for HVAC Systems and; b) Inspection & Maintenance of Building Climate Control Systems and Equipment Software at its headquarters and five (5) leased spaces in New York City (Midtown East and Long Island City).

Please note that these services may be awarded jointly or individually (i.e. to 2 separate vendors).

Accordingly, UNPD is requesting expressions of interest from qualified companies with the capability to furnish all labor, hardware, materials, incidentals and equipment necessary or required to provide the services itemized as follows:

1. on-site maintenance and repair services for HVAC systems and controls
2. preventative maintenance program for HVAC systems
3. investigation and resolution of all client complaints pertaining to HVAC systems and controls
4. installation and updating of all software as needed
5. repairs to and replacement of hardware (PCs or laptops), defective sensors, controllers & actuators
6. maintenance of low voltage terminations and interfaces for all equipment
7. maintenance of servers and batteries for the building climate control system (HVAC)
8. development and maintenance of a comprehensive parts inventory.

The contract duration shall be for an initial period of three (3) years, and may be renewed for two (2) one- year periods, at the sole option of the United Nations, based on satisfactory performance bythe Contractor and availability of funds.

Contractor qualifications and capabilites will be evaluated during a later Request for Proposal (RFP) phase but, at a minimum, bidding companies will be expected to demonstrate the following:
1. a current license to operate

2. employment of HVAC technicians licensed for the tri-state area

3. at least five years continuous operation in the field of HVAC maintenance .

4. current gross revenue of at least US$2 Million per year.
