Procurement of Roofing Sheets

Item Description:

The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) was created by the United Nations General Assembly on 11 December 1946, to provide emergency food and healthcare to children in countries that had been devastated by World War II. In 1950, UNICEF’s mandate was extended to address the long-term needs of children and women in developing countries everywhere. In 1953 it became a permanent part of the United Nations System, and the words “international” and “emergency” were dropped from the organization’s name, making it simply the United Nations Children’s Fund, retaining the original acronym, “UNICEF”.

Please find attached the bid document no. LITB – 2019 – 9146327 for the procurement of Roofing Sheets for UNICEF Myanmar.  It will be appreciated if you could provide your quotation for the items together with submitted sample (only one option is acceptable) to UNICEF Myanmar Office not later than 10.00 a.m. on 13 February 2019.

The bid document should be sent to UNICEF Myanmar Office either by courier service or by email to procurementyangon@unicef.org.  Bid document sent by any other e-mail will be considered as invalid.
