Provision of Catering Services at ECLAC Headquarters in Santiago, Chile

The Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean, ECLAC, seeks qualified companies with local representation in Santiago, Chile, to provide Catering Services,for events to take place in its Headquarters’ premises in Santiago, Chile.

ECLAC organises more than a hundred meetings annualy (seminars, conferences, training courses, etc.), in which catering services are frequently required.

Given the demand of these services, ECLAC requires to sign a contract with one technically and economically compliant vendor to provide catering services for events to take place in its premises located at Av. Dag Hammarskjöld 3477, Vitacura, Santiago de Chile.

The provision of banquet and catering services consist of, but it is not limited to, the following:

Coffee Break, Brunch, Lunch, Cocktail and toast services.
These services will be categorized by levels (from basic, simple to VIP).

Besides serving the food and beverages, vendors are required to bring full catering equipment and supplies, (such as tables, dressed chairs, flower decoration, tableware including dinnerware, glassware, tablecloths and linens, flatware, cutlery and silverware); personnel such as waiters/waitresses; provide assembly and disassembly of the equipment and transportation, on a case to case basis.
