Supply of Gas Power Generation and Gas Boilers (Licang and Houhai)

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The People’s Republic of China has received a loan from the ADB toward the cost of Qingdao Smart Low Carbon District Energy Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the Contract for the Supply of Gas Power Generation and Gas Boilers (Licang and Houhai). Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.
