Item Description:

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the office refurbishment works.

UNDP wishes to refurbish 238m2 office space located at 7th floor of the Key Plaza building for newly established IFAD office. The work will involve partially demolishing current office space and complete full refurbishment of the office space including architectural, mechanical and electrical works.

Please acknowledge receipt of this ITB by sending an email to PROCUREMENT.IRH@UNDP.ORG, indicating whether you intend to submit a Bid or otherwise. You may also utilize the “Accept Invitation” function in eTendering system, where applicable. This will enable you to receive amendments or updates to the ITB.
