Provision of Cleaning Services at the UNGSC, Brindisi – Italy

The United Nations Global Service Centre (UNGSC) is seeking expression of interest from qualified contractors for the provision of cleaning services at its Premises located in Brindisi, Italy. The Premises comprises of office buildings, warehouse buildings, workshop, hangars, exterior spaces, etc.

The typology of the areas to be cleaned and the approximate square meters are as follows:

• Internal cleaning of Office Spaces and Data Center (including entrances, hallways, gym, kitchens, restrooms, stairways, walkways, bathrooms, windows at various heights, isolation room, etc.): approximately 21,700 square meters;
• Warehouse buildings, workshop buildings, and hangars: approximately 34,400.00 square meters.
• External spaces (including cleaning and sweeping of sidewalks): approximately 6,400 square meters;
• Metal cladding: approximately 4,100 square meters.

The provision of cleaning services shall include labour, supervision, materials, cleaning supplies (minimum stock of two months) shall be kept at the UNGSC’s Premises. The cleaning supplies shall consist of, but not limited to the following products: disinfectants, sanitization, antiseptic products, hand washing detergents, paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags (various sizes) and the relevant equipment (tools, kits, apparatus, appliances etc., i.e. mop-tanks, mops, pails, brooms, bucket/janitor trolleys, wet floor caution signs, ladders, high dusting equipment, industrial floor and upholstery vacuum cleaners and all necessary motor trucks) essential to maintain cleanliness of the Premises.
