Item Description:
The United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG), on behalf of the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) Geneva, seeks expressions of interest from qualified suppliers for the provision of an early warning artificial intelligence and remote sensing system that will support its mandate to investigate and report on alleged violations of international human rights law since March 2011 in the Syrian Arab Republic.
UNOG intends to award a contract to the successful vendor for a period of one (1) year, with possibility of extension for two additional consecutive one-year periods (1+1+1), at UN option. Vendors should also note that the UNOG is tax exempt.
