Estimating coverage of pipeline vaccine products and delivery technologies

Item Description:

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to carry out the following work: develop and test a model to generate estimates of coverage for vaccine presentations and delivery technologies, under different roll-out scenarios and use cases. The model is expected to provide coverage estimates for pipeline and current products at the sub-national, national, regional, and global level. The high level objective is to support WHO and its partners to prioritise vaccine product and delivery technology research and development (R&D) activities, to meet the programmatic needs of LMICs.

WHO is an Organization that is dependent on the budgetary and extra-budgetary contributions it receives for the implementation of its activities. Bidders are, therefore, requested to propose the best and most cost-effective solution to meet WHO requirements, while ensuring a high level of service.
