Item Description:
This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for the Satellite and Weather Information for Disaster Resilience in Africa (SAWIDRA) project that appeared on-line on the African Development Bank Group’s website on November 2017.
The African Centre of Meteorological Applications for Development (ACMAD), based in Niamey-Niger, has received financing from the African Development Bank through the ClimDev Special Fund to support the cost of the SAWIDRA) project implementation. It is intended that part of the proceeds of this grant will be applied to eligible payments under the contract No. 01-2019-B/ACMAD/SAWIDRA for the procurement of “Design, supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of a high-performance computing (HPC) system”.
ACMAD now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of “Design, supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of a high-performance computing (HPC) system”.
