Supply of Media Consultancy Services to the Representation of the European Commission in the Slovak Republic

The European Commission is an institution of the European Union, responsible for proposing legislation, implementing decisions, upholding the EU treaties and managing the day-to-day business of the EU.

The European Commission, Directorate-General for Communication, Representation to the European Commission in Slovakia (referred to below as the contracting authority) is planning to award the contract resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract and tender specifications with their respective annexes.

The tender seeks the provision of services to the representation of the European Commission in the Slovak Republic, enabling it to provide the media, general public and other specified target groups with timely and accurate information on commission activities, policies and goals.The requested services by the commission should enable it not just to improve the coordination of information and communication activities, but also to further develop its information and communication policy.Ultimately the aim is to make the activities, objectives and policies of the commission better known to the general public via the media, events and campaigns.
