Provision of Freight Services for ITU at ITU Telecom World 2019

Item Description:

The International Telecommunication Union (‘’ITU’’) is pleased to invite qualified companies to submit a Bid for Freight Services related to the shipment of ITU goods for the ITU Telecom World 2019 Event in Budapest, Hungary, from 9 to 12 September 2019, and as further described in the Scope of Works in Annex III.

To enable you to prepare and submit a Bid, please find enclosed the following Annexes:

– Annex I: Instructions to Bidders;
– Annex II-A: Certificate to be submitted by the Bidder;
– Annex II-B: Bidder’s Information Form;
– Annex II-C: Recent References;
– Annex II-D: Freight Table of Tariffs;
– Annex III: Terms of Reference; and
– Annex IV: ITU General Terms and Conditions of Contracts.

Your Bid must be received by the ITU no later than 4:00 PM CET on 28 May 2019. Late bids shall be rejected.

You are kindly requested to acknowledge receipt of this ITB and to indicate whether or not you intend to submit a Proposal.
