Building and Civil Engineering Works for Approximately 1 Km of Viaduct Structure including Station Building at Blumentritt

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The Government of the Republic of the Philippines has applied for financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of the Malolos-Clark Railway Project. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the Contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Department of Transportation (the Employer) through Procurement Service, Department of Budget and Management (the “Procurement Agent”), invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the construction and completion of the Works as broadly described below:

Package CP S-01: Building and Civil Engineering Works for Approximately 1 Km of Viaduct Structure including Station Building at Blumentritt.

Open Competitive Bidding – International will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries as described in the Bidding Document.
