Provision of Catering Services for ILO Doha Office

The International Labour Office (hereinafter the “ILO”) is pleased to invite your company to submit a response to EoI 28/2019 for the provision of Catering Services for ILO Doha Office.

A mandatory bidders conference and site visit is scheduled to take place at the ILO Doha Office located at Qatar Tower, 6th Floor, West Bay, Dafna on Sunday 19 May 2019 or Monday 20 May 2019. The ILO will answer any questions a bidder may have with regard to the services, this request for EoI and the contractual conditions. Only bidders participating in the mandatory site visit will be considered eligible for the technical evaluation.

Companies that are interested in participating in this mandatory bidders conference and site visit should register through the ILO Procurement Bureau (pcrt@ilo.org, Subject: EoI N° 28/2019 – Catering Services for ILO Qatar Office: Bidders Conference and Site Visit), latest by Thursday 16 May 2019, 14:00 Doha time.

Interested companies shall complete the attached EoI Response Form and Price List (Annexes 1 and 2) in accordance with the instructions provided and send the two forms and all supporting documentation by email to pcrt@ilo.org (Subject: EoI N° 28/2019 – Catering Services for ILO Qatar Office) no later than Monday 27 May 2019, 17:00 Doha time.
