Procurement of Air Purifiers

Item Description:

The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) wishes to procure the above mentioned goods through a competitive bidding process. In this respect, UNICEF would like to invite your company to submit quotes as outlined in this Invitation to Bid and the terms and conditions contained herein.

Submission Deadline and Bid opening

Emailed bids must be sent exclusively to ind.bids@unicef.org  ind(dot)bids@unicef(dot)org] in a non-editable format (viz. PDF), clearly marked with the tender number LITB-2019-034-9149044 in the subject line and emailed to arrive NO LATER than 27 May 2019 at 12:00 hours (Noon) IST.

– Services Form to be signed and sent along with the bid for acceptance of GTCs.

No other recipient should be “Cc” or “Bcc” in the e-mail submission. Bids should not be sent to the Procurement Associate/Procurement Specialist who signed the RFP or any other UNICEF employee as it will be invalidated.

Bidders are advised to ensure that submissions are made well in advance before the closing time.  Late bids and those bids which do not comply with the bidding instructions will not be accepted.  Bids received in any other manner will be INVALIDATED.

Due to the nature of this ITB, there will be no public opening of proposals

Please Note: Under Instructions to Bidders – Only Clause 1.7 (Email Bids) is applicable. Clause 1.5 to 1.6.2 will not be applicable for this bid.
