Provision of Fire Suppression System

UNAKRT seeks an Expression of Interest from vendors for the provision of Fire Suppression.

Brief Scope of Services:

The United Nations Assistance to the Khmer Rouge Trials (hereinafter referred to as “UNAKRT”), on behalf of the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (hereinafter referred to as “ECCC”), located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide two (2) sets of Fire Suppression System (FSS) including one (1) set of Electronic Card Access System (compatible with the current Cardax System), and one (1) CCTV System Flexi Dome (compatible with the current Symphony System).

Bidders are required to quote for the Fire Suppression Systems, Cardax System, and Flexi Dome (Symphony System) that would be installed at ECCC presmises. When quoting for FSS, Bidders must quote for all services required within the lot. Partial proposal of FSS delivery will not be accepted.

Description and Nature of the Services

Provide and coordinate in installation and testing of the following systems; two (2) sets of Fire Suppression System (FSS), one (1) set of Electronic Access System (compatible with the current Cardax System), one (1) Flexi Dome (compatible with the current Symphony System).
