Maintenance and repair of uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems at the UNGSC, Brindisi, Italy

The United Nations Global Service Centre in Brindisi, Italy (UNGSC) intends to establish a long term contract (three years with the option to extend for two additional periods of one year each) for the maintenance and repair of uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems at its premises.

The requested services include:

• Yearly preventive maintenance, consisting of one inspection visit every six months, to be executed during normal working hours;
• Each and every additional visit required to repair faulty units, to be executed within eight hours from request;
• Provision of all spare parts, excluding electro-magnetic parts (transformers and inductances) and batteries;
• Technical availability 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.

In order to perform the required maintenance and repair services, the Contractor shall ensure:

• Readiness of originally branded spares and consumables;
• A minimum one (1) year warranty on parts and labor.

The list of UPS includes but is not limited to the following brands: Vertiv / Emerson Network Power / Liebert Hiross.
