The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) kindly requests you to submit your quotation for provision of building maintenance to the UN House at 182 Mzinga Way and 332, Off Msasani Road, Oysterbay – Dar es salaam, as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2.

Quotations may be submitted on or before June 24, 2019and via (choose appropriate box) ☐e-mail, ☒courier mail or hand delivered, or ☐facsimile to the address below:

It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation will reach the address above on or before the deadline. Quotations that are received by UNDP after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation.

A site visit will be organized on Wednesday, 12 June 2019 at 10:00AM at the UN House premises, Plot: 182, Mzinga Way, Off Msasani Road, Oysterbay -Dar Es Salaam where all interested bidders are invited to attend. All interested bidders shall be present on site at UN House offices (as mentioned above) 15 minutes before the stated time.
