Supply of Electric Public Buses (Re-bid 01)

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The People’s Republic of China has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Xi’an Urban Road Network Improvement Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Xi’an Urban Infrastructure Investment Group Co. Ltd., (the “Purchaser”), now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the goods and related services:

• 70 Electric Public Buses and related services;
