Shipment of IT equipment to Egypt / WRC 2019

Item Description:

The International Telecommunication Union (‘’ITU’’) is pleased to invite qualified companies to submit a Bid for the shipment of ITU goods for the World Radiocommunication Conference 2019 (hereinafter referred to as “WRC” or the “Event”) in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt from 21 October to 26 November 2019, and as further described in the Scope of Works (Terms of Reference) in Annex 5.

This Invitation to Bid is issued by means of a secured web-based e-tendering tool (“In-tend”) which is interfaced with the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM). To access the Solicitation document, address any correspondence to ITU, consult any updates and submit a proposal, bidders must firstly register with UNGM platform.

To enable you to prepare and submit a Bid, please find enclosed the following Annexes:

– Annex 1: Instructions to Bidders;
– Annex 2: Certificate to be submitted by the Bidder;
– Annex 3: Bidder’s Information Form;
– Annex 4: Recent References;
– Annex 5: Freight Table of Tariffs;
– Annex 6: Terms of Reference; and
– Annex 7: ITU General Terms and Conditions of Contracts.

Your Bid must be received by the ITU no later than 22 July 2019 at 12:00 Geneva Time. Late bids shall be rejected.

You are kindly requested to acknowledge receipt of this ITB and to indicate whether or not you intend to submit a Proposal.
