Item Description:
The OECD is issuing this Call for Tenders with a view to select one or more suppliers to design, deliver and evaluate Assessment Centres that are customised to the OECDs requirements and the multicultural nature of the Organisation and its applicants. The OECD is also looking for suppliers to provide tailored coaching services focused on executive leaders and senior managers, with the focus on one to one coaching.
This Call for Tenders is divided in 2 lots:
- Lot 1: Assessment Centre Services
- Lot 2: Coaching Services
Tenderers may provide an offer for one or more Lots.
The limit date for submission of offer is Monday 30 September, 13:00pm (Paris time).
The OECD will use its e-Sourcing portal to conduct this procurement exercise. Interested bidders should register with the e-Sourcing portal in order to access the associated documents and further information.

L’OCDE lance le présent appel d’offres en vue de sélectionner un ou plusieurs fournisseurs pour des prestations de centre d’évaluation adaptés aux exigences de l’OCDE et au caractère multiculturel de l’Organisation et de ses candidats. L’OCDE recherche également des fournisseurs pour fournir des services de coaching sur mesure axés sur les dirigeants et les cadres supérieurs.
Cet appel d’offres est divisé en 2 lots:
- Lot 1: Prestations de centre d’évaluation
- Lot 2: Services de coaching
Les soumissionnaires peuvent faire une offre pour un ou plusieurs lots.
La date limite de remise des offres est fixée au Lundi 30 Septembre 2019 à 13h00 (heure de Paris).
