Security Consultant Services, EBRD HQ Project

Item Description:

The purpose of this notice is to provide Consultants with the Minimum Requirements and RFP documentation for the Security Consultant Services tender for the EBRD HQ Project.

Only Consultants that answer “yes” to all questions relating to the Minimum Requirements and provide the requested documentation as evidence will have their Technical Proposals evaluated by the Tender Evaluation Panel (TEP). After evaluation of the proposals up to 5 (five) Consultants will be invited to present to the TEP and observers from the project team.

Please note Section 4.5.1 of the RFP which states how many copies of the submission are required.

If you have questions on any of the documents please submit them to the contacts for this tender, Laura Arnold and poddrequests@ebrd.com, by 17.00 on the 29th August 2019, EBRD will respond to all Pre-Qualified Consultants by COB 30th August 2019.

Key Activiteis and Dates:

• Issue Minimum Requirements & RFP documentation – 14.08.19
• Tender Period of Pre-Qualified Consultants – 30.08.19 – 13.09.19
• Consultants will be ranked in order of scoring and Shortlist of up to 5 Consultants will be identified –  20.09.19
• Shortlisted consultants to be advised and invited for interviews/ presentations on 20th September 2019  –  25.09.19 – 26.09.19
• Evaluation of Presentations/ Interviews to be completed and included into overall final evaluation – 27.09.19 – 02.10.19
• Notification of award of the preferred Consultant – 03.10.19
• Contract Signature – 14.10.19
• Consultant team mobilised and on site – 21.10.19
