Provision of Cloudian Support Consultancy

Item Description:

It is anticipated that the International Criminal Court (ICC) located in The Hague, The Netherlands, will shortly be issuing a solicitation for the provision of Cloudian Support Consultancy.

Summary of Scope of Work:

• Provide technical expertise and advise in the area of Cloudian maintenance and its implementation in ICC;
• Performs Cloudian Storage version upgrades and patches from OS to Application levels;
• Suggest and implements approved configuration changes;
• Creates and updates the reference architecture for Cloudian landscape
• All documents created shall be owned by ICC and editable with standard formats (MS office applications).

The detailed specifics will be given under the Request for Proposal (RFP) document(s) that will be sent to the companies who respond to this EOI.
