Provision of various construction works and Supply and installation of trunking, racks, network cable and fiber cable to establish internet and network connectivity in the new prefabricated offices at the IRMCT Arusha Branch

The United Nations International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals (UNIRMCT) hereby solicits Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified companies for the provision of the following seven (7) area of services:

Erection of 2 blocks of prefabricated offices as per their installation manual, including installation of split unit ACs, connection to electricity and water supply, installation of partitions, internal doors and kitchenette , installation of wheater-proof hold-down protection, and creation of concrete pathways. The Prefabricated offices and ACs will be provided by the IRMCT.

Relocation of an existing prefabricated ablution unit to another location within the IRMCT compound and installation and connection of 2 new prefabricated ablution units at the current location of the existing unit. Includes ground preparation for the second new unit, and water and sewage hook-ups for all. Two new prefabricated ablution units will be provided by the IRMCT.

Modification of 4 x ISO 20’ sea containers into offices (containers provided by the IRMCT). Two of these will be located within the IRMCT compound, and two approx. 1 km outside of the compount. Includes constructing concrete pillars and pathways, moving containers to final location, installation of inner walls, trunking, carpeting, roofing, external cladding, internal and external painting.

Covering pathways with permanent canopy to shelter from rain and sun.

Design and construction of two retractable wall systems (e.g. harmonica or sliding panels) to enable ad hoc enclosure of the semi-open cafeteria area.

Modifications to the pedestrian entry building. This entails construction of a small wall and window, and two canopies to prevent rain ingress.

Supply and installation of trunking, racks, network cable and fiber cable to establish internet and network connectivity in the new prefabricated offices.

N.B. All tools, materials, supplies, equipment and labour shall be provided by the Vendor.
