Item Description:

The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) was created by the United Nations General Assembly on 11 December 1946, to provide emergency food and healthcare to children in countries that had been devastated by World War II. In 1950, UNICEF’s mandate was extended to address the long-term needs of children and women in developing countries everywhere. In 1953 it became a permanent part of the United Nations System, and the words “international” and “emergency” were dropped from the organization’s name, making it simply the United Nations Children’s Fund, retaining the original acronym, “UNICEF”.

UNICEF has a requirement for the Supply of Tablet Computers, SIM Cards and Manage Engine Mobile Device Management.

The reference LITB-2019-9151940 must be shown on Bid envelope containing the offer. Offers must be sent separately and must not be include in packages containing samples.

Bid form and schedule(s) must be used when replying to this invitation.  You are welcome to enclose your specifications etc., if necessary.

Offers must be received at the above address by latest 11:00 hours (Myanmar Local Time) on 20th September 2019 and will be publicly opened at 2 p.m. on 20th September 2019.  Bids received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.

It is important that you read all the provisions of the bid, to ensure that you understand UNICEF’s requirements and can submit an offer in compliance with them.  Note that failure to provide compliant offers may result in invalidation of your bid.
