The OECD is issuing this Call for Tenders with a view to sourcing one or several companies, according to their specialties, to sign contracts for replacement works for the hypervision of the fire safety management systems of the buildings currently in place at OECD.
The deadline to submit an offer is Friday 11h October 2019, 10am (Paris time).
A visit of our premises will take place on Monday 23th September, 10am (Paris time) at 2 rue André Pascal 75016 Paris.
The OECD will use its e-Sourcing portal to conduct this procurement exercise. Interested bidders should register with the e-Sourcing portal in order to access the associated documents and further information.

L’OCDE, a décidé de procéder au présent appel d’offres en vue de sélectionner un Prestataire pour la signature d’un contrat pour les travaux de remplacement de l’hypervision des systèmes de gestion de la sécurité incendie des bâtiments actuellement en place à l’OCDE.
La date limite de remise des offres est fixée au le vendredi 11 octobre 2019 à 10h00 (heure de Paris).
Une visite de nos locaux se déroulera le lundi 23 septembre à 10h00 (heure de Paris) au 2 rue André Pascal 75016 Paris.
L’OCDE utilisera son portail d’achat en ligne afin de conduire cet appel d’offres. Les soumissionnaires intéressés doivent s’enregistrer sur le portail d’achat en ligne afin de pouvoir accéder aux documents nécessaires et autres informations relatives.
