The European Patent Organisation (EPO) is an intergovernmental organisation that was set up on 7 October 1977 on the basis of the European Patent Convention (EPC) signed in Munich in 1973. The Organisation currently has 38 member states, comprising all the member states of the European Union together with Albania, Croatia, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, San Marino, Serbia, Switzerland and Turkey. Its mission to grant European patents in accordance with the EPC is carried out by the European Patent Office. The Organisation has its seat in Munich.

The EPO has a requirement for the Realization of heating, ventilation and sanitary works In the office buildings of the European Patent Office (Bayer str. 34, 80335 München, Germany): Ground-up renovation of one sanitary string with 6 vertically located toilets facilities each with 2 units one for women, one for men.

If several bidders submit a joint bid, they must be jointly and severally liable for the performance of the obligations under the contract. A declaration to this effect, duly signed by all members of the grouping and appointing a representative authorised to act on behalf of all members, must be submitted with the bid.
