Item Description:
The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.
ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.
The Government of Mongolia received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Payment System Modernization Project and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payment under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.
The Bank of Mongolia (BOM) (“the Purchaser”) invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the contract The National ₮ card systems enhanced to support EMV and NFC technology and integration of e-money schemes into Banking Payment System.
International Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single- Stage: One-Envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB as described in the Bidding Document.
