Item Description:

The European Commission is an institution of the European Union, responsible for proposing legislation, implementing decisions, upholding the EU treaties and managing the day-to-day business of the EU.

The European Commission, represented by the Directorate General Human Resources and Security (referred to below as the lead contracting authority) is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract(s) and tender specifications with their respective annexes. All documents are available in the enclosed ZIP File.

The purpose of this call for tenders is to provide the European Commission and the other institutions, bodies and agencies of the European Union with framework contracts covering learning and development services for staff covered by the Staff Regulations and external staff, in the field of 5 lots. The services to be provided must include at least:— developing and delivering face to face courses and events for groups,— developing other learning activities/formats,— accompanying groups along learning actions and running communities of practice,— providing individual or group support, tutoring and coaching,— producing learning material,— selecting/assembling existing learning resources,— providing consultancy in the learning and development field.These services are described further on in the tender documents.
