Provision of Translation Services for UNIC-Tokyo, Japan

The United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP), on behalf of and representing the United Nations Information Centre in Tokyo (UNIC-Tokyo), is seeking a qualified and experienced company to provide translation services for UNIC-Tokyo in Japan.

Scope of Services: The contractor shall provide translation services from English to Japanese and/or Japanese to English, with a possibility of translation services from French to Japanese.

Contract Duration: The contract shall have an initial duration of two (2) years, with an extension option of three (3) years, totaling at five (5) years. An extension of contract shall be at the UN’s sole discretion and shall also be subject to budgetary appropriations, contractor’s performance and contractual personnel’s performances.

Vendors are advised that this EOI does not constitute a solicitation.

ESCAP reserves the right to change or cancel this requirement at any time during the EOI and or solicitation process.
