Consultancy to support the External Relations team at Unitaid

Unitaid, a hosted partnership of the World Health Organization (WHO) hereby invites you to submit a proposal for consultancy services to advise and support the External Relations team with in-depth analysis and assessment on the implementation of the ER strategy with regards to the area of Partnerships. The services required by Unitaid are more fully described in the Terms of Reference attached to this Request for Proposals (RFP).

Unitaid is dependent on contributions it receives for the implementation of its activities. You are therefore requested to propose the best and most cost-effective solution to meet Unitaid’s requirements.

This RFP is open to individuals engaged in the field of international development and/ or global health with proven expertise in external relations.

Please follow the instructions set forth in the Annex attached hereto in the submission of your proposal to Unitaid. The Annex forms an integral part of this RFP.

The proposal should be prepared and submitted in the English language and should include the following information:

• An up to date CV, including at least three reference contact information
• Declaration of Interest
• Consultant Bidder Questionnaire

Proposals should be submitted to Unitaid in writing no later than 11 December 2019 at 17:00 hours Geneva time (“the closing date”), by mail to the following address: unitaid-proc@who.int . Please mark “RFP 2019.20” on email subject for our reference.

Simultaneously with submitting a proposal, please enter or update (as appropriate) your details in the Personal History Form in the WHO eRecruit system: http://www.who.int/employment/en/
