On Demand Support for the new Workday HRIS

The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (“the Global Fund”) was established in January 2002 as a financial instrument, complementary to existing programs addressing HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria. It is a 21st century organisation designed to accelerate the end of AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria as epidemics. As partnership between government, civil society, the private sector, and people affected by the disease, the Global Fund mobilizes and invests nearly USD 4 billion a year to support programs run by local experts in more than 110 countries. The Global Fund operates with three core principles: partnership, country ownership and performance-based funding. By challenging barriers and embracing innovative approaches, the Global Fund strives for maximum impact.

The Global Fund IT landscape is largely a Microsoft basis and also includes a wide range of Cloud SaaS solutions, such as Workday HCM, Salesforce, Office365, Service Now, Coupa, Lynda.com, CornerstoneOnDemand, Oracle Financials ERP, Adobe Sign.

Employees travel and mobile access to documents via laptop, tablet and phone is considered a key component going forward.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for providing flexible on-demand support services on Workday configurations, integrations, and other technical aspect of the Workday HRIS platform implemented at the Global Fund.

As a result of this RFP the Global Fund reserves the right to award one or more contracts for these services that will be solicited on as-needed basis. These Vendors will be awarded Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IQC) or Framework Contracts for an initial period of 3 years with an option to extend for up to maximum of 3 more years subject to satisfactory performance

The Global Fund will issue individual Purchase Orders to the vendor under these IQCs to cover cost of the services described herein. Such Purchase Orders will specify the scope of Services to be performed, time of performance, the price, and other aspects of that assignment. The Global Fund may issue Purchase Orders under these IQCs on either time and material or a Fixed Price basis.
