Objective of this tender

This procedure is divided into the following lots.

Lot 1: Internet, Landline Telephony and IP TV Services

The scope of the procedure is the provision of internet, landline telephony and IP TV services, as indicated in the technical specifications.

Lot 2: UIFN and Freephone Services

The scope of the procedure is the provision of a UIFN and Freephone service in all current (28) European Union member states.

Tenderers may submit an offer for one or both lots but must indicate clearly in their tender for which lots they are applying.

Inter-institutional procurement procedure

This is an inter-institutional public procurement procedure where four contracting authorities – The European Union’s Judicial Cooperation Unit (Eurojust), The European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Cooperation (Europol), The European Medicines Agency (EMA) and The European Commission’s science and knowledge service – the Joint Research Centre Petten (hereafter referred to as `the contracting authorities`) collaborate for efficiency purposes. The lead contracting authority in this public procurement procedure is Eurojust. Consequently, Eurojust will be responsible for the overall management of the resulting Framework service contracts, but each contracting authority will be responsible for execution of their own specific contracts.
