Item Description:

The International Trade Centre (ITC), a joint subsidiary organ of the United Nations and the World Trade Organization, hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above subject. Bids are required to be received by ITC no later than 23rd of January 2020 (the Closing Date).

This ITB consists of the Cover letter, the subsequent instructions and the following annexes:

• Annex A: Acknowledgement Letter
• Annex B: Technical Specifications (to be signed)
• Annex C: UN Conditions of Contract for the provision of Goods (to be signed)

You are kindly requested to return the attached Annex A – Acknowledgement Letter, duly signed by an authorized representative of your company, to the ITC via email to arndt@intracen.org, Attention: Wenona Arndt, ITC Procurement Services, who shall serve as a focal point of contact with regard to this ITB, no later than nine days after the issuance date of this ITB. The letter should advise whether your company intends to submit a Bid and if not, indicate the reason.

ITC might split the award by city. Hence, ITC will accept offers for all three cities, for two cites or for just one.
