Supply of flags, table flags and miscellaneous accessories

Item Description:

This contract concerns the supply and delivery of high-quality indoor flags, indoor and outdoor flags and accessories, and table flags and accessories to the General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union (GSC) (and, where appropriate, to the other contracting authorities). At the end of the procurement procedure, a framework contract will be signed for an initial duration of one year, with the possibility of extension for three one-year periods.

The tenderer must demonstrate in its technical offer that the items proposed comply with the minimum requirements set out in Annex II ‘Demonstration of conformity with the tender specifications – minimum requirements’. To this end, in addition to the duly completed Annex II, the tenderer must provide a description and technical data sheet for each of the items described below. The GSC reserves the right to reject tenders where the supplies offered fail to meet the specifications below. Tenderers should also bear in mind that any offer presenting any danger whatsoever will be rejected immediately.
