The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) is a specialized agency of the United Nations that leads international efforts to defeat hunger. FAO is looking to procure and implement a software solution to manage roles and responsibilities within the systems comprising the Organization’s ERP environment. The solution should support controls around Segregation of Duties through analyzing, detecting, and reporting capabilities to align system access with organizational policies. Therefore the solution must provide capabilities in the following areas:

• Segregation of Duties
• User Access Provisioning

The solution should perform its required functions within the current FAO ERP environment described in the tender document.
