Item Description:

The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA), (referred to below as the contracting authority) is planning to award the contract resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft framework contract and tender specifications with their respective annexes. Subject of this call for tenders

The subject of this call for tenders is the establishment of a Framework Contract for the provision of business and IT services in the field of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) for the ECHA.

The ECHA has a requirement for the Provision of IT services in the field of enterprise content management (ECM). This includes services related to the following areas:

1. IT software development projects and maintenance,
2. Service desk support (customer facing, as well as back-office),
3. Application management (IT operations),
4. Governance and consultation services,
5. Transformation services.

The services are related to various ECM products (Documentum, Confluence, Liferay) and content management functionalities (such as, but not limited to: case management, knowledge management, records management, content and information input and output management, collaboration).
