Item Description:
The OECD is issuing this Call for Tenders towards engaging one or several suppliers through contract(s) to support the International Energy Agency (IEA) on renewable energy integration analysis.
This Call for Tenders is divided into two distinctive Lots, each with different deliverables:
- Lot 1 – Wind and solar data
- Lot 2 – Power market modelling software package
The deadline for the receipt of Tenders is Monday April 6 ,2020, 8:00p.m (Paris time).
The OECD will use its e-Sourcing portal « Bravo Solution » to conduct this procurement process. Interested candidates should register on the e-Sourcing portal in order to access the associated documents and further information.

L’OCDE lance cet appel d’offres afin de signer un contrat avec un ou plusieurs consultants afin de soutenir l’Agence Internationale de l’Énergie dans l’analyse sur l’intégration des énergies renouvelables.
Cet appel d’offres est divisé en deux lots distincts, chacun avec des livrables différents :
- Lot 1 – Données éoliennes et solaires
- Lot 2 – progiciel de modélisation du marché de l’énergie
La date limite de remise des offres est fixée au lundi 6 avril 2020 à 20h00 (heure de Paris).
L’OCDE utilisera son portail d’achat en ligne afin de conduire cet appel d’offres. Les soumissionnaires intéressés doivent s’enregistrer sur le portail d’achat en ligne afin de pouvoir accéder aux documents nécessaires et autres informations relatives.
