The European Union Satellite Centre referred to below as the contracting authority or the SatCen, is planning to award the contract resulting from the above procurement procedure. Objective of this tender
The objective of this call for tenders is to award a framework contract to a single economic operator for the on-demand provision of software development services for the service provision portal within the scope of the European Union Space Surveillance and Tracking (‘EUSST’) support framework, set up by Decision No 541/2014/EU of the European Parliament and the Council of 16 April 2014. The EUSST service provision portal is a client-server application for the access and delivery of EUSST services, which is run and managed by the SatCen acting as the EUSST Front Desk.
