Item Description:

The European Commission is an institution of the European Union, responsible for proposing legislation, implementing decisions, upholding the EU treaties and managing the day-to-day business of the EU.

The European Commission, Office for Infrastructure and Logistics in Brussels (OIB), referred to as the contracting authority, is planning to award the contract resulting from the above procurement procedure. The insurance is of the ‘all risks except’ type, i.e. the buildings are insured against all risks except those explicitly excluded in the contract.
