Cash Distribution Services at Transit and Reception Centers

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.

In the framework of Cross Border Returnees and Reintegration (CBRR) Program and Protection Unit, IOM Bids Evaluation and Awards Committee (“BEAC”) now invites Interested Service Providers to submit “Proposal” for cash distributions services at Transit and Reception Centers in four provinces – (Herat, Nimroz, Nangarhar and Kandahar).

Interested Service Providers shall obtain a complete set of the “Request for Proposal” by sending email to iomkabulprocurement@iom.int from Wednesday until next Wednesday (08 to 15 April 2020) between 09:00hrs until 16:00hrs.

Eligibility for obtaining the complete set of RFP (Request for Proposal) is that interested bidders must have sufficient experience in financial services and specifically cash out services, Service Provider should be based in Afghanistan and have valid business license from DA Afghanistan Bank.

As per the requirements, Interested bidder must provide proper credentials and copy of the valid business license from DA Afghanistan Bank in order to obtain complete set of Request for Proposal.

A pre-bidding meeting will be held at IOM office located at Street No. 4, House No. 27 Ansari Square, Shahr-i-Naw, Kabul, Afghanistan on Sunday 19 April 2020 at 14:00hrs, where all details of the project will be discussed. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is mandatory for this project.

The deadline for submission of sealed bids will be Sunday 26th April 2020, by 15:00hrs. Late submission of bids will not be accepted.

IOM reserve the right to accept or reject any bids, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all bids at any time prior to award Contract, without obligation to inform the affected Bidder/s of the ground IOM action.
