The Government of Uganda has received Financing from the African Development Bank in various currencies towards the cost of Farm Income Enhancement and Forest Conservation Programme: Project-2 (FIEFOC – 2). It is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the contracts for construction of Irrigation Scheme Infrastructure and Facilities in Nebbi, Oyam, Kasese, Butaleja and Kween Districts.
