Item Description:

The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) was created by the United Nations General Assembly on 11 December 1946, to provide emergency food and healthcare to children in countries that had been devastated by World War II. In 1950, UNICEF’s mandate was extended to address the long-term needs of children and women in developing countries everywhere. In 1953 it became a permanent part of the United Nations System, and the words “international” and “emergency” were dropped from the organization’s name, making it simply the United Nations Children’s Fund, retaining the original acronym, “UNICEF”.

Please find attached the bid document no. LITB-2020-9158298 for procurement of Car Spare parts for UNICEF Myanmar.  It will be appreciated if you could provide your bid for the items to UNICEF Myanmar Office no later than 10.00 a.m. on 25 May 2020.

Bid document sent by any other e-mail will be considered as invalid.

Please also note the following :

• Signed at page number 3 of bid document, attached and submit together with your offer.
• Bidders should provide specific model number and brand name of the offered model along with this bid.
• Bidders should clearly mention the Warranty of the offered items
• Bidders are requested to clearly mention any tax component included in the quoted prices separately.
