Provision of Journal Subscriptions services for the Libraries of the United Nations Office at Vienna (UNOV) and United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL)

The Procurement Unit (PU) of the United Nations Office at Vienna (UNOV) hereby invites qualified contractors to submit their Expression of Interest (EoI) for the provision of Journal Subscription services to the libraries of the United Nations Office at Vienna and the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL).

Further details will be communicated to interested vendors via the tendering documents.

Please note that this is not an invitation for submission of a bid and/or proposal. This is a Request for Expression of Interest (EoI) in order to identify qualified vendors interested in participating in the solicitation.

Interested vendors must provide the completed Vendor Response Form (attached below), including the UNGM Vendor Registration Number. UNOV will examine the EoI and reserves the right to select the invitees for competitive bidding. Accordingly, an Espression of Interest does not automatically warrant an interested vendor’s participation in the competitive bidding exercise.

Furthermore, UNOV reserves the right to change or cancel any of this requirement at any time during EoI and/or solicitation process.
